Returns and Exchanges

Standard In Stock Items:

A) If You Ordered the Wrong Item:

Live Oak Accuracy will accept returns on standard unused and unaltered items within provided they are shipped back to us within 5 days of receiving the item. (Postage marked as being mailed within 5 days) Buyer is responsible for return postage and new postage for correct item.

B) If We Sent you the Wrong Item: 

Live Oak Accuracy will cover return postage and ship you out the correct item you ordered upon receiving the incorrect item back in unused condition.


Custom Items:

We do not offer a return policy for any customized items based on the individual buyer’s selections. We thoroughly go through the ordering process with you and document choices so that we have clear communication of the item to be created. Example: If we order a stock or action for you, or decide on a caliber and order a custom and then you change your mind and decide you want another stock, action, or caliber – you are 100% responsible for the FULL COST of the original items ordered. They are YOURS to keep at that point. Exceptions to this policy can only be made by Live Oak Accuracy depending on the product.  Please call us if you have any questions.


Canceled Orders/Deposits:

Deposits on cancelled orders will be forfeited. This is because custom parts for your build have been ordered that we cannot return or use on another immediate build and/or labor has been spent to order said parts and/or start the build process. The custom parts ordered will be yours to keep provided all labor is paid for up to the current state when the cancellation is placed. Live Oak Accuracy has the sole discretion to refund any portion of a deposit depending on circumstances, again, as a rule. DEPOSITS ON CUSTOM BUILDS ARE NOT RETURNED.
